Fees

Eye Exam ($98) — A regular eye exam includes a consultation with one of our doctors of optometry, and the following:

• Assessing your vision demands
• Early detection of disease or other abnormalities
• Nutrition advice
• Screening with top-flight technology

Retinal photos ($24) — We generally take baseline screening images for new patients and at regular five-year intervals.

Contact Lens Evaluation ($58 to $78) — Contact lens refills may be ordered through our office. Complexity of fit and evaluation affects cost.

Contacts ($25 per box+) — Our most popular package includes the evaluation, and a year supply of monthly disposable lenses for $158.

Other tests for your eyes may be required, and we will always consult with you regarding costs before ordering tests.

Reimbursement policy
If your plan is not listed above, you may still be eligible for reimbursement.

Exam fees are due the day of service, and we will then file a claim to your insurance carrier for your reimbursement.
